Получил посылку. Вещи были упакованы в чемодан. Не знаю каким образом умудрились раздавить ожерелье, но оно приехало сломанным. ШФ ответили, что это не их вина. Я написал в магазин, они ответили. Пользуясь "транслятором" не совсем точно понял что они от меня хотят. Что то в условии проскакивает о возрате не поврежденного товара. Есть ли смысл заморачиваться?
